Excellent torch for cooking, but it can do more!

Easy to use and versatile!I used this in the kitchen finish off many recipes. My favorite was finishing off braized pork belly!I always had issues getting the fat fully cooked and crunchy. This torch made it easy. I'll try it on short ribs next expectations for the doneness to also be perfectA must have kitchen tool!I also used it to heat up a stuck bolt on a garage project and amazingly I got the bolt out without breaking it.I love this thing and highly recommend one for every home!
