We love these devices. This is the first with three ozone plates. We keep it low because of my wife's allergies and asthma. Since our purchase a few months ago, she has coughed less and had less asthma. Before the pollen season in Maryland. I would recommend these machines to anyone. Especially if you have pets or smoke. The first time we used it for two weeks, our neighbors came and asked if we could get rid of our cats because our house smelled so good. My son was a sick little boy until we bought him. We didn't realize our air ducts had mold until we replaced our air conditioner and our air ducts were fiberglass and turned black instead of yellow.
