Very easy to set up: unplug the USB connector from the pen and plug it into your laptop. Connects securely every time, just remember to turn on the pin (simple slider). Works well with Powerpoint: Instant feedback on animations and slide transitions. The laser is powerful, bright, and highly visible (I use it in class; I won't tell you how well it works in large rooms, but I think it would be nice). Slim design. Small (handle length, about twice as wide) and portable (fits easily in a jacket pocket). I don't know why the clip is up and not down, but that doesn't bother me. Definitely recommend.
