Bullshit, more of a failure than a job.
This is rubbish, they break rather than work. They don't seem to compress properly and the head breaks before it can stand up. I suggest looking for another type.
Pros
- Larger flange type with larger contact area can increase torque force and withstand higher radial stress.
Cons
- Not fashionable
