The ease in which to use it for both clients as well employees (self or otherwise). It's an easy way to track time off work if you're self employed. I dislike that there are not more options than just "Employee" when creating new users/schedules. Sometimes multiple people can be used at once but they have different schedules so sometimes we would like one person to log into another computer instead of having two separate accounts with 2 computers logged onto each account? Maybe this could help address some issues for employers who struggle keeping up with employee logs! If your organization uses prometic software keep using them because i am sure their service will get better over time too. We don't really know yet how useful this tool has been since our IT department changed last year however from what other companies said about tracking vacation hours etc.,it was helpful.
