Feels secure and sharp
I opened this product today and it was in a plain hard plastic bubble wrap, I opened it with scissors because when you try to open these things by hand , you can cut yourself normally. Anyway, it's very sharp, I think it's about as sharp as my 10 inch Victorinox knife, but I always polish the blade after I get a new knife and I will do with this one but for now it's sharp enough to shave and I'll be skinning peppers without skinning them so for the price it stands up to much more expensive knives and I'll get a 6" too
