none of the functions are explained in detail in the instructions. It is not possible to change the time from 24 hours to 12 hours. In the settings you change the numbering system, that doesn't seem to correspond to anything over time. There were issues syncing Bluetooth with an iPhone. I sent a message to the seller and got a generic response asking if I've already reinstalled the app. ( I think most people know how to do this ) nothing that would really help to solve the problem . The instructions are very brief to guide you through this part, but this is definitely one of the big selling points! The speed sensor is too wide for my standard size hub on my custom carbon road bike. I hope they reply with real technical support. It would be much easier to have a quick chat with a tech lead to discuss the issue rather than waiting several days for an answer. It appears to be another company hiding behind a computer with no real customer service.
