So I don't usually write reviews. I only write reviews when I interact with a seller, be it positive or negative. In this case the interaction was very positive. I bought this case for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I liked the case because the front part is made of tempered glass and the back part is transparent. The bumper is black. I love the fact that I can see the phone's beautiful design through the back. The case feels very solid and feels like it is made of quality material. All cutouts are perfect. The sensitivity of the touchscreen is perfect. I've never had a problem. Unfortunately, last weekend my phone decided it was going to dive off a restaurant table. My guess is that it landed straight onto a concrete or cement floor where the front cover of the case cracked and had microcracks. However, the phone had no scratch. I was a bit disappointed that the front cover was cracked but I think the body and front cover did the job. It cracked but protected the ultra-expensive device. I just wanted to pick up the Revain now and order a replacement. Then I remembered that in the original box there was a warranty card that I kept. I keep all my boxes and warranty cards. So the warranty card says they will replace it if the case breaks within 365 days from the date of purchase. I emailed the service department and received a response within an hour. I have provided a photo of the damage and a screenshot of my Revain sales receipt. Without hesitation, the representative who contacted me immediately asked for my address and sent a new case, which I received today. I am very impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. It makes me feel better knowing I'm dealing with a company that stands behind their products. I like the fact that it comes with a one-year warranty, despite the basic casing. Would I buy this case again for another device? Yes I would. Can I recommend this case for those who own an iPhone 12 Pro Max? Yes I would.
