Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Chicago Cutlery Walnut Tradition: 3-Inch Slant Tip Paring Knife - Reliable and Stylish, Brown by Jason Olguin

Revainrating 1 out of 5

This knife is not the Chicago Culture quality I've enjoyed in the past

The handle of this knife is two square pieces of wood attached to the knife shaft. The handle edges are not ground or rounded like other 60+ CC knives I own. The edges of the wooden handle are almost as sharp as the blade. Wife refuses to use. The blade must be sharpened on a high feed milling machine. Tool marks on steel require a lot of force when polishing. That's what happens when you sell Chinese-made products and expect quality. Sad.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Concerns me
