So many people here don't know how to read the description! The lock is designed to work with just 4 grommets (1 per wheel) and the other 16 are a standard key size. You can tell the difference as standard locks have 6 sides while nose locks have 7 sides. It's an ingenious design as they all look pretty much the same and don't have an exaggerated lock nut like most traditional kits.
