Lots of flaws Best in aquarium pumps and filters

Loss of suction and power after about an hour of operation. I thought I just made a bad purchase. I left because I didn't want to leave and gave up coming back even after a week. Today I come home the day off cracked and flowing. There was water all over my floor and my outlets burned out due to water dripping from the wall into the outlets.
