Keep a blind rivet file handy

I like the big flange. The rivets seem nice and strong and are perfect for my project. However, the mandrel does not always break below the rivet surface. I installed about 30 (3/16" x 1/4") 1/8" aluminum pop rivets. I switched to a brand new ready to use Astro 1423 rivet gun and got the same result, the rest of the rivets broke below the rivet face , as they should.
