The quality you've come to expect from Vance and Hines. They install on my 2012 Softail Deluxe in place of the stock mufflers. At first I was concerned about slips instead of full pipes, but once I finished and started the bike I was very happy with the tone and volume. My bike now sounds like a Harley. Installation was easy and took less than an hour. Removing the old mufflers was the most difficult task. Don't over-tighten everything until you've installed it, as you'll need to make adjustments. First, I flipped the mount and nothing matched. Since nothing was tightened, it was an easy fix. Can't comment on performance yet as I also install Arlen Ness Big Sucker and Vance and Hines Fuelpak. As you bleed more air, you need to be able to move more air and fuel. I am sure that this setup will give me more momentum. Whether you're looking for the best performance or looks and purrs loud, these slip-ons will have it all. .
