I wrote a review of this product with some negative comments as I was disappointed that I had to sew it multiple times where the straps connected to the jacket . I want to make sure people know how well the seller responded. I was contacted and offered to return the money or a new jacket. I decided on a new jacket because my dog liked it and I liked the look. I was very impressed with this seller and the great customer service they provided. I highly recommend them.
