Damaged gasket matches replacement parts
The problem I had prior to installation was the gasket, they bent the gasket to fit the packaging and damaged their material little, the flex area was almost split so i used silicone sealant to cover the entire gasket around to prevent leakage. I ordered 2 of these for my 2000 and 2002 Mitsubishi, same problem with both, nothing major but it took me double the time and almost ten bucks in silicone sealant to finish the job.
