I found it difficult to wear my regular wedding ring, change more than 12 diapers and change more than 3 outfits a day with a newborn. I wanted to wear something flat so I wouldn't have to worry about scratching my baby's delicate skin, especially during nighttime changes and feedings. It fits the bill! I especially like the migraine, and while it's not as colorful as my aquamarine engagement ring, it's beautiful on its own. It's not expensive either, so if it breaks I can just get another one.
