This is a mini fan, what can I say. I bought it for my child. I hated all those stupid, flexible fans that couldn't be adjusted and had to be fixed in the middle of the stroller, and I also hated that the car's air conditioning was only on the center console and didn't reach the passenger side (again, this applies for a child sitting face forward (back in car seat). This one looks cheap but all you have to do is strap it on and then turn the fan to where you want it to blow, the problem will be solved when it's hot. I suggest if you are getting this for the first time, install the battery and then charge it to get a full charge. I didn't and the fan died after probably 45 minutes. I charged mine for a good hour or 2 and it lasted 3 hours of driving (there is some battery life left). I'm happy with that.
