Ideal for pureeing or pureeing vegetables
Ideal small food processor for pureeing/fine chopping vegetables to add to sauces and salsas. That's all I've used it for so far and that's what I got it for, so it works well for my purposes. When making a large batch of sauce, I have to work in batches (e.g. one onion at a time), but that's just a little less convenient. For the home cook who only cooks for himself and his partner, I don't need a full-size processor, so I'm glad that option was available.
