Review on JeCar Hinge Wrangler Accessories Carbon by Lawrence Reuter

I ordered these hoping to use as a stone chip guard for my JL. They're ALMOST perfect, but they don't have enough molding to completely encase the hinge. The bottom one is fine, although I don't have it in the picture, it wraps completely around itself with no issues. Why doesn't the top wrap the same way?! I also didn't bother with the shiny carbon fiber, so I painted my plastic black to match the Jeep's matte finish. This product would get 5 stars from me if it was black and fully covered the hinge. I will use 3M Clear Protective Vinyl to protect the exposed part. One more thing! The carbon fiber pattern does not match between the two pieces. So, for a perfectionist who wants the details to go in the same direction, you're in for a sad disappointment.
