I bought this display for my homemade CNC router. The monitor works great and is perfect for my project. I've been using the system for over a year with no problems. After not using the router for 4-6 months, but 18 months after purchasing the display, I found that the display does not turn on. I was frustrated but having no other choice I bought a replacement monitor and now my CNC is working again. Then I contacted Superfect to inquire about the warranty situation and they were great. My contact was Amy who asked for some photos and video showing the problem which I sent her immediately. After reviewing my documentation, Amy sent me a new monitor with a 3 year warranty! I received it in less than a week from the start of the process. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly care I received. Hey, electronics can fail sometimes. It happens!
