Review on Cooler ID-Cooling IS-40X V2 LGA1700/1200/115x/AM4 (92mm fan, 800-2800rpm, 46CFM, 14-35.2dBA, 100W TDP, 4-pin PWM)BOX by Michal Adach ᠌

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

After reading for a considerable amount of time about a wide variety of coolers, the objective was to bring the temperature of the Core i7 9700 (without K) down. "According to the passport," it has a TDP of 65 watts, but looking ahead, I can state that all of its 8 full-fledged cores, of course, send out 100 watts when they are under load. The boxed cooler, which is made entirely of aluminum, immediately soared beyond 100 degrees, and the percentage, respectively, in TermalTrolling. However, this cooler was able to withstand a temperature of 95 degrees during a stress test. It's true that the revolutions were at their maximum (2400), but that's fine with me. Because I won't be continuously loading this processor, but it can handle a temporary load, I believe that purchasing this cooler will yield a far higher return on investment than purchasing a Noctua, taking into consideration both the price and the dimensions (height).

Pros
  • Conveniently small, whisper-quiet, and delivering the promised results.
Cons
  • There are no fasteners located on the rear of the type bekplein motherboard.
