We take in large disabled dogs. I purchased these to use in washable diapers to avoid any leakage or diaper rash. {senior k9 urine odor is THE worse! we try to avoid indoor accidents at all costs}. After using "Equate Overnight Pads" and absolutely loving the wide size and max absorbency, just not the value , I tried these as this quantity was great for the price point, but unfortunately woke up to a huge wet mess, dog, bed, floor and diaper dripping. We found them to be highly subpar in comparison to other pad brands. They're not wide width or 'fluffy' thick. Rather thin and would likely be fine for normal periods or very light incontinence. Imo not heavy bleeding or bed wetters. I now cut 3 pads in half and position in layers inside the diaper. All in all I would rate them as average and came as pictured. I was just hoping for a miracle :D
