If you are installing a T-connector wiring harness (using a traditional 4-pin spade connector) on your vehicle and don't want your wires dangling in the wind, then this is the product for you . I found the previous review about the shape of the round/square plug confusing and almost skipped this point. I can assure you if you live in the US and have a standard 4 pin spade connector this will work for you. It comes with two self-tapping screws that screw directly into the receiver. The base of one side is rounded for installation on a tubular receiver, the other side is flat. I would suggest pre-drilling the holes (using the self tapping screws provided) before mounting the receiver to your vehicle if this is a new install. Use a center punch to make a groove when drilling into the pipe as this will help hold the screw in place. The dust cap is not included, but it (was) included in my T-connector style wiring harness from the same manufacturer. The bracket even has a cut-out for the cover strap. Good product.
