Nice effect
Looks great on black! This is Sapphire Ghost Blue with Satin Gold over black epoxy in mica powder, with some large flakes of copper colored mica (200-700 µg) in a clear coat. There are cheaper interference mica powders out there, but this is the only one I've used. You can't be wrong. The powder appears off-white, not the gold color shown in the advert. I bought both blue and gold in a trial pack with a few other colors.
