Great Dutch Oven in my review
The pot was well packaged. Enough padding that It arrived safely with no incidents. The pot is sturdy and very heavy. I ordered the blue and love the color. It retain heat well and distributes it evenly when cooking and it’s very easy to clean. This is my first cast iron pot. I’ve cast iron pans but never a pot. So far I’ve cooked one dish, chicken & biscuit casserole and I am excited to cook more recipes with it.
- I haven’t actually used it to cook. It’s so beautiful, I’m afraid to use it.
- The red enamel coating may fade or discolor over time with frequent use and cleaning
