The handle cover is perfect for my 10 inch Lodge cast iron skillet. Too long but I may need the extra length for another pan someday. The included handle doesn't work well on the smaller Lodge ASSIST handle. And the texture doesn't look like a pan handle cover at all. Unattended silicone handle covers on pot or pan . unusable. Even after cooling - the damaged area turns into a sticky mess. They are only used to move utensils from one place to another. Since this set costs the bulk of $20 - just to say - be wise!
