The new pump arrived broken, same problem as the one he was trying to replace.

Very disappointed, my old Shurflow of the same model was noisy and turned off due to a bad push button, the new one also came with a broken push button but would not turn on. It's not really a pump. I used to like Shurflow, but these new models are rubbish, I will switch brands.
