My son is 5 years old, tall and thin. It's about the size of 5T. 6 fits him in length, a little loose at the waist so his tear is a bit visible, the drawstring does not adjust the size of the belt. Overall true to size, good material, good price.

- May not be suitable for colder weather or more temperate areas.
