This is the third time I have bought 4 oz. spice cups. The first two times I had transparent cups. Most of the time they worked well, but often the lid was very difficult to put on, or the lid wouldn't close at all. In other words, there were a lot of dirty lids, if not a few dirty cups. So I thought I'd try these black cups with clear lids this time. They are way better than clear cups! Just put the lid on every time. The mug never gets crushed when putting the lid on and there wasn't a single mess at all.
