It works. The shampoo cleans my hair and the conditioner nourishes it. It works just as effectively in hard water. The situation is different with the cashmere conditioner in the conditioner. It gives my hair and arms a weird, rubbery feel. which is exceptionally good, seemed to tangle more easily when I use it. Overall I would say this hair care kit works but it was overwhelming. I was expecting "Wow!", but after a few uses I felt better. Of course, it probably works better for a different hair type than my overprocessed, thin, baby-fine hair. Ultimately, I'd say I wasn't thrilled, would it but don't rule it out as someone else's right hair care regimen.
