Overall pretty satisfied with ServiceDesk Plus

I like that it is sent after we receive our first invoice, so there are no problems later when trying t o process payments for work already performed! Sometimes things get confusing as far how many clients you have but once sorted everything works well enough in terms of invoicing/accounting management etc.- It's not perfect- sometimes some information doesn't come through correctly (for example VAT numbers)- still need more features added by developers - perhaps integration wth accounting software could be provided? Still good overall though & would recommend this service over others due too its easeof use / reliability I like that we can customize our messages, so it's easy for us as well! It takes time getting used too but once you do its great!! Sometimes there are issues sending emails through this software (especially in Gmail).

We use their service primarily because of all other companies were charging thousands per month plus setup fees etc., while at least here is free forever after your first 2 months trial period expires. So far everything has been good - no complaints yet. !

  • The customer support really helps if something needs to change or fixed about an email address they will help out with whatever changes needed :)The costumer care team also very helpful.It´s just what i want from any program..Good price..And simple way todo business

  • No real dislike...All goes smooth
