mentioned in the description. I needed this to remove a pressed sealed bearing from the motor shaft. I measured 3.5 inches from the end of the motor shaft to the other side of the bearing. This tool was about half an inch shorter and useless. I wish I had known that before I bought it. I was able to use it on the bearing on the other end of the shaft that was closer to the end and it worked fine but it wasn't really tested.
