The ability to transfer files with ease has been great because there are numerous reasons that we have had problems transferring data between offices in our practice. I wish it could be more user friendly when sending emails as well as in phone calls where sometimes people do not understand what they need or how to access certain features of this program. Sending documents back and forth from office to office really helps keep track of appointments and billing issues without having to send paper copies all over town.
