Very small filters.
The filters themselves are very small and we didn't expect them to be so small. And filters may be sterile when you receive them, but once you open the package they are no longer sterile as they are not individually wrapped. So once you start using a filter the idea that they are sterile is gone because you are opening them all up to the outside air at the same time. Otherwise everything else was good.
