Review on 🔆 Keratin Complex Blondeshell Debrass Shampoo & Conditioner Set, 33.8 oz by Debbie Webster

I have been a Keritan Complex customer for at least ten years. I usually buy 33 ounce duos. Shampoo lasts a long time and I usually buy in advance. At some point, Keritan Complex changed the packaging. The pandemic started and I bought shampoo. I realized I must have been partially confused by the repackaging but figured I'd leave it and try it when my other shampoo is ready. I stopped buying Keritan straighteners at the salon because I was starting to grow out my natural color so I went with Color Care. I liked the shampoo but the smell was too strong for me. I knew I didn't have time to go back, so I started looking for a purple shampoo. I wanted to try Lanza and luckily Keratin Complex Lanza is very very expensive. Twice as expensive. Seriously for the price. I decided to see if Keratin Complex had a purple shampoo. It was, and it was inexpensive, so I tried smaller bottles. I chose Blondshell because it did what it promised. This is a good shampoo. The smell is still stronger than I would like but not as strong as Color Care. Anyway I went to the Keritan complex and explained what I had just explained. I asked if they could give me a Revain voucher for my next blondshell. They were nice enough but said they could only offer me a 15% discount on their website. that's a lot more expensive than Revain. I was just hoping that a decade of product loyalty/new packaging/pandemic shopping and not being able to try could give me a little more than nothing. So, I'll take one star for a not-so-great customer service policy.
