Can't say it gave me a gallon gain, but it didn't hurt either. However, the throttle response and power increase at low rpm is day and night for my 95 k2500 5.7 tbi. ===> FYI, get fuel line extensions, I know $25 seems like a steep price. It costs twice as much. If you don't, you will need to loosen the top bell screw to remove the fuel line bracket. It took me almost an extra hour to remove the bell bolt because there doesn't seem to be room to put my arm back in. A wrench was all I could get on the bolt. Installing the spacer took 20 minutes. All said and done when I get the fuel line extensions. Since I didn't, it took an hour and a half.
