Perfect until it was

I've been using this backpack for about 30 days - it was perfect until the straps that go over your shoulders fell apart...can I fix it, yes if yes, were definitely boosted by the manufacturer. will i fix it? Yes because it's light, roomy and a nice purse/backpack that has almost everything you need but be careful and look at the straps... I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone but look look at the straps...
