Tubular had to be reinstalled after front hub conversion. I cleaned the wheel thoroughly with an aerosol cleaner and the slime was gone, then I wiped the slime off with another cleaner. Then I carefully glued the tape and pressed the tire. Deflate the tire and follow the package directions. After inflation, the tire bulged a little. After deflating and moving the wheel to center and then pumping it back up it got better but still the bulge. After about 4-5 days the bump disappeared and the tire remained perfectly smooth. So be patient. Did I say follow the instructions in the box?
