Doesn't roll freely, too tight. Here's the solution. Remove the punch and hammer from the side of the pin with the ball from the plastic roller. Don't worry, mine isn't torn. Insert the ball stud into the drill chuck and slightly reduce the diameter of the ball end with sandpaper. For a trial fit, push back into the roller, repeat until you have the correct clearance to allow the roller to move freely. Add some fat. Note: In my specific case, a Chevy K-10, the old ball stud was too big for me to fit a new one. I had to cook it. It was fun when the regulator was covered in a thick layer of zinc! Much luck!
