That does not work! fits picture hanger
I bought this to attach a curtain rod to. When I hung it on the wall it seemed strong enough, but one day I started attaching my curtains/cornices to it; She fell immediately and no longer stuck to the wall. I wanted to return it but I lost it and missed the return window when I found it again. This is likely to work if the curtains are very light and not heavy.
