High Quality Blocks; Good Value

I bought these blocks for myself b/c I have rheumatoid arthritis and some yoga positions can be very hard on my wrists. These blocks allow me to modify the moves safely. They are heavy duty enough to not slip while suppporting you, but not so heavy as to be problematic when moving them around during a workout or bringing to a class.

Can also be used for Pilates and other exercises

Cons

May not fit comfortably in certain yoga bags or carriers
