A little more noisy than expected

My cat had never been shaved before. He's 17 and running on 3 legs. It's been hard for him to groom himself since the surgery and he started getting mats. He's medium haired with a thick undercoat. I took these to him in 2 different sessions. It was a bit noisy for him the first time. The second go was much easier and he was a bit more calm. I also waited a couple days between the sessions to calm his nerves and took breaks during the sessions for pets and cuddles. All in all, this trimmer was definitely worth the price.

My pup has always hated the clippers over the last two years of cutting his fur. Tried these clippers out and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! He stayed put for me and didn’t shake or try to pull away once. Got right through the areas that typically get matted (elbows) with doodles in a breeze. My only complaint is with myself, that I didn’t buy these sooner.
