Will NOT work on 2008 Ford Mustang 4.0 V6

Although the box label states that the Harmonic Balancer will work on a Ford 4.0 V6 engine, it will not work! Why? The adapter will fit on the crankshaft, but when connected to the jacking screw it will not work. The blower screw is too large in diameter to fit through the harmonic balancer. The rest of the instrument is of good quality. It simply will NOT work on a 2008 Ford Mustang 4.0 V6. I'm returning for a refund.
