Long time no open, and when I opened the nail

This drive was DOA, should have been dead when shipped, so I picture the recovery process as taking it out of the dead machine and wiping it down with an alcohol-soaked cloth to remove the dust and bag and send it. I suggest to test it as soon as you receive it to return it immediately (actually I suggest not to buy it).
