Oven gloves not heatproof

Used for first time Christmas morning,pulled out oven pan and melted the gloves that came with the oven.Not only the gloves are ruined,but the residue from the melted gloves is stuck to the bottom of the oven pan.
The inside of the oven also seems to expand when heated making the pans hard to get in the oven when it’s hot.
