Despite being a loyal customer of Labwork Online Store, I must state that my most recent interactions with the business have been less than satisfactory. They have a lot of products, but I've had trouble with their support on multiple occasions. To begin, their website is badly made and confusing to use. It's a pain to navigate their stock because their search feature is inconsistent. In addition, I have paid more than necessary for things that I could have gotten elsewhere because their prices are higher than the market average. There are also issues with their delivery procedure. There have been multiple occasions where my purchases have arrived late or been damaged due to inadequate packaging. The customer care representatives were unhelpful and unresponsive when I called for help. Lastly, the quality of the components I've gotten has been inconsistent. There have been a few good ones among the many that have been flawed or subpar. Having to deal with the hassle of returning these products has only added to my annoyance. Although Labwork Online Store offers a wide variety of products, I am unable to endorse them due to my negative experiences with their customer support.
