I have to tell you that I was disappointed with the full two step process. I still have black streaks on the sides of the van. I thought that after cleaning and sealing the roof I would see an improvement. The cleaner didn't seem to remove much, and the unit is less than two years old so it didn't need to remove scale for several years. You could probably have the roof cleaned with regular $1 store-bought cleaners.
