I made the purchase of an iPhone 12 on January 26, 2022, and during my time with it, I experienced no problems, had a great deal of fun, and found that it offered me nothing but advantages. Before that, I used to own an iPhone 8, which featured a screen that was clearly inferior to the one on the iPhone 12. And now, after nearly three months of having Internet access on my phone, it has ceased operating. The most intriguing wireless network is still functional, but connection to the internet is not available. After getting my SIM card replaced, I thought perhaps there was an issue with the service provider; however, this was not the case. When I contacted M-Video, they informed me that the repair could take anywhere from 30 to 45 days. When I asked for a replacement phone, they offered me a "unit" (you can't call it anything else because it's so outdated that I didn't even see them) that was more and of unknown origin, with a broken screen. This was in reference to the fact that you can call, the Internet is there, and that's it. After reading a few reviews, I found that many of the authors stated that the board was fairly unstable. After stating that I would not agree to use such a phone, even if it were only temporary, I took my own phone with me and left the building. In general, what I want to say is that the phone is not terrible in principle, maybe it's a marriage that came across to me, but of course I'm not satisfied with the actions of the employees of M-Video. In other words, the phone is not terrible. In accordance with the legislation, I am entitled to be given a phone that is identical to the one I currently use; but, they have refused to offer me with this option. If we are unable to come to an agreement regarding this matter, I will be forced to take it to court. I am sorry about this, but I will have no choice. As a result, the reason for my bad rating is not so much the phone itself as it is the retailer.
