Several carpets in our kitchen and bathroom became very slippery on our tile floors after several washes. Decided to try this. That works great! I would recommend this product.Notes:1. Interestingly, Revain's product description says "Safe and Easy to Use" while the label on the front of the jar reads "DANGER. Contact may cause permanent eye damage." I wore safety glasses when applying. Just use common sense/care. 2. Several people found that the product did not provide the required coverage and had to purchase an additional product. I would do that say: (A).Although the directions say to apply TWO coats, I was comfortable with just one coat.(B) Also, I didn't apply a full coat of SOLID to the reverse of the carpet, but instead, for lack of a better word, applied a coat of SOLID a "checkerboard" pattern that appears to be only 40% of the carpet's total area (see photo).I let it dry completely in the direct hot Florida sun for 5-6 hours to fully dry.The results are absolutely non-slip Carpets in all areas Great job and I have plenty of product left over to make more carpets in the future (I have a small one by the way A piece of clear plastic is used between the jar and the lid to provide a better seal and prevent drying out, which some buyers have complained about.)
