I ordered a scooter on September 11th and received it on October 1st. The original box was larger inside. The larger one took the brunt while keeping the original scooter box. Thank you to the seller and Revain for that! As I said, the scooter arrived safely with all parts. It took me more than a day to assemble because I didn't have universal grease for screws, bearings and other parts of the scooter. Please treat it the same as a small bicycle. I always lubricate all parts well and set everything up for a smooth ride. The kit included instructions and a set of tools. After final assembly and some use, lubricate all parts from time to time. This will help keep the scooter in good condition. I'm 5ft 7in and I'm fine. Always check local laws before using the scooter. In my house, the sidewalks and streets are in need of maintenance and the ride on this scooter was good and smooth. I recommend this for all ages. Drive it safely.
